Lifetime Limited Warranty is an expression of our desire to provide a thoroughly satisfying experience when selecting, purchasing, and living a lifetime with your new custom shutters.
Louver Shop shutters are designed and built to provide you with years of satisfaction. Our products are covered for defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use and service for as long as the original purchaser owns the products at the location it was originally installed under the following conditions: accidents, alterations, abuse, misuse or neglect, exposing the product to extremes in temperature, exposure to water or moisture, smoke or fumigation damage, etc., are not covered by this warranty.
All of our Heritage paint (all-wood shutter) finishes are guaranteed with a Lifetime Limited Warranty not to warp, crack, peel, or discolor. All louver movement and tensioning are guaranteed for the life of the shutter.
All of our Heritage stain finishes are guaranteed for two (2) years not to fade or discolor. All louver movement and tensioning are guaranteed for the life of the shutter.
Cleaning and Care Instructions
Wipe off with clean damp rag.
Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives.
Do not use ammonia - based cleansers.
